Now I'd like to introduce you to our creations. Emily shares my love of reading and so the idea for her box was of course, a book! I helped her with the poem but it was her idea to name it "Guido Guido" (pronounced GWEE DOUGH) It was also her idea to have it be about all the cats. I did help her with the poem and writing and the general construction of the book box.
The poem goes...
"Old Lady Tweedo, names all her cats Guido"
"And she has too many to count"
"She waits each night, as they begin to fight"
"What is this all about?"
"Guido Guido, he wants Tostito's"
"But Old Lady Tweedo only has Dorito's"
"Guido Guido don't like Dorito's"
"So he settled instead for a burrito"
"Now Guido Guido has to go Pee-Dough"
"Old Lady Tweedo, names all her cats Guido"
"And she has too many to count"
"She waits each night, as they begin to fight"
"What is this all about?"
"Guido Guido, he wants Tostito's"
"But Old Lady Tweedo only has Dorito's"
"Guido Guido don't like Dorito's"
"So he settled instead for a burrito"
"Now Guido Guido has to go Pee-Dough"
Logan built a dragon!
Brett built a Turtle!
And this is my creation for Taylor. He loves the movie "Cars" so this is perfect for him.
