Well anyways I wanted to write back and tell you more about my blog post. Here was my response on my blog to you (just in case you did not do follow-up)

Yeah I got Jenny McCarthy's books on autism only because I knew why she was writing them. I DON'T recommend any of her other books or movies-for sure!
You should also read Louder than Words by Jenny as well (before you read Mother Warriors)
Another book to read on Mom's who battle making their children with autism better is; Unraveling the Mysteries of Autism-Karen Seroussi.
Believe it or not Kristie I fell into this (researching autism) because I was ordering the Help Meet books on the Pearl's website and they had an article on Karen's book above. Now I am working on playing an active roll in helping families change how they see things.
